Taking a little flight during daylight, the friends fly higher than they dared before. The glaring sun blinded them, therefore the Stryx decided to try something new. Daringly he folded his wings, his rider suspecting something mishievous to happen proofed his safety straps. After a short moment of standing still, the dragon shot down like a hawk. In just that moment the clouds divided and the sun tinted them in soft red and yellow hues - a large phoenix appeared, blessing their flight.

Ok I should stop trying to write something explanatory in the desc. My literary skills are beyond garbage.
The title is from a song by Unheilig, btw. and means something like "like a phoenix high above" or so. My brain is mush atm.
Anyways, this was fun. I think the wings look better now, but I still struggle a lot with birbs. Also played around with some PS filters and ... ?? It's kinda nice? I like them.
