Description
A Hero I made up, the Storm Serpent, created after an ordinary college biology major went on a self guided tour around EcoEvo. and accidentally getting caught up in a failed genetic splicing experiment fusing his dna with that of multiple serpent like creatures including multiple types of snakes and eels. After a brief hospitalization he quickly discovered his new abilites, amplified Bioelectricity, Thermal vision allowing him to see heat signatures in case he ca't physically see, enhanced agility and strength, retractable claws (on both feet and hands) and fangs. (he has theorized some sort of way he can make venom but so far he hasnt found it out)
Figuring he can use his new powers for good he crafts a new suit and now prowls the city as the vigilante hero 'Storm Serpent'
