I really love the way you lined the eyes 
By the way, try using a smoother hand and longer, quicker strokes for lineart. Gigantic canvases also help, since it's really hard to work smoothly with small canvases. Small canvases can also hinder detail... (and I bet you've discovered that SAI helps in all of these areas

And about the lineart, I did a bit better on this one than others, but it really is the long quick strokes in the right place that gets me. :I I just can't seem to do it. Oh well, I guess with practice, I may get it eventually. ^^
