Description This is for my cousin who turned 18 the past week (or was it the week before?). Congrats on going to your first year of college! He asked me to draw Lucario and Victini (one of the new legendaries from Pokemon Black&White). Lucario looks like a serious guy while Victini looks like he's out to mess with you so... this picture spawned, LOL. Maybe it's a Lucario fanboy. XD

Random side note: You have no idea how hard it was for me to draw Lucario crossing his arms AND prevent his spikes from impaling himself.

I want to buy Pokemon BW. OTL!!!
