Why I like this photo:
1. I like the perspective. It's a fresh take on a concept that has been beaten to death. I mean...woman tied to a ____ has been done many times. The fact that you are "looking down" upon that (both literally, and perhaps figuratively) makes the shot.
2. I like the low contrast of the photo - the gray floor and the slightly black and white of the girl... subtle... almost like she blends in. However, the lighting was meticulous as the shadows are very crisp and clean.
3. Your use of "negative space" is really good. I like the fact that there is emptyness...and that she isn't centered. It takes guts to crop that way.
Why I don't like this photo:
1. I think her face is a vital portion of this shot...and its lacking. It's really just my opinion, I think... but I would have liked to see more of her face.
