**Hong Kong Phooey uses his martial arts skills!**Universe: Hong Kong Phooey
Specials
B: Karate Chop - Phooey will do a karate chop on his foes.
Side B: Karate Kick - Phooey will leap forwards and perform a karate kick on his enemies.
Up B: Leap - Phooey will leap up and if he makes contact with another fighter, he will attack him/her.
Down B: Counter - This is a counterattack.
Final Smash: Finishing Chop - This is similar to Marth's final smash.
Entrance: Phooey will leap onto the stage.
Taunt 1: Phooey will do the pose in the picture.
Taunt 2: Phooey will read his book for a second.
Taunt 3: Phooey will put his hands together and bow forward.
Victory Poses
- Phooey will do his down taunt.
- Phooey will get into his car and drive away.
- Phooey will perform several karate chops and smile at the camera.
