Ramen has been entertaining some wyngling by coming out of her room to practice her magic. She figured water would be messy with all the crazy ones out and about, so Ramen tried her hand at light magic again.
She chose an open spot on the floor so she could show the wyngling, though most just continued playing. Focusing on on her magic, the sensation came back-
It felt like a bond.....not like the rush from water or the strength of Earth, it was so much more...like....

Something broke her concentration, having not realized a shadow lurked over her shoulder. Ramen sighed when Alma set some cookies down by her tail. "They might come over if you share those dear"
Ramen smiled and thanked the hatchery mum, gaining a pecked cheek. She would have to go return one later.
Not even before she restarted did a dark colored wyngling come over, making ramen smile and put her paws close together. "Well hello there, aren't you the handsome little guy. What's your name?"
The wyngling answered in a language Ramen didn't understand, though he seemed to realize and spoke again. "I am Soleil" she loved that accent, it sounded so nice. Ramen wanted to sit with this wyngling for abit and let him sit in on her practice. She had tried a few times, now making a tiny-but decent-light source!
