Yeah, I never did quite understand that head, but I still liked this guy all the same, just needed some artistic liberty. Like Luxray (except luxray was more sensible on its own).

Cool manectric! I like the fur a lot, especially the yellow parts, where it looks almost like feathers. The lightning effects look really good too!
