Her attire is a cyan decorative leotard with a fluffy collar, a white belt with a blue heart-shaped buckle on the side with a curly white end attached to it, and blue-green gloves and shoes.ππ

She does look very pretty!Β I believe you can be a good artist some day with your ideas. You are improving on your color theory as well.
I'll try to give some criticism, but I am not the best on it. So if you don't want to read the criticism don't read the rest.
Maybe try to stop using bases, it can help an beginning artist in the beggining but if it is easy for you, you won't improve much. Try to draw without a base from time to time, then slowly you'll stop using bases. Yes, you may not like it at first and it can be tough, however, in the long run, it'll help you improve. It also makes it look messy . Some of the pink is still showing. Also, the style of the base may not look right because two different artstyles don't match very well.
I did trace pokemon when i was 7. I slowly started drawing my own ideas but I did still trace in between. I slowly stopped using bases and then I started drawing on my own. It wasn't the best art, I can tell you that.
The colors are pretty good. Maybe make the hair a deep teal. The blue could be lowered down or changed to a dark teal. I also recommend using either black line art OR use a deeper color. The light blue of her clothes look lovely and the contrasting blue hearts are another good examples.

aye. i hate to be apart of this and all, but i REALLY want to say this. even if it might be already said. but. excuse me.
you can say tracing isn't consider art thief.
but, it IS plagiarism (sure, that is the same thing as stealing, but still). and that IS a fact.
besides, learning how to draw by tracing isn't really a good way to start when trying to be an artist, its okay to useΒ references and all. but tracing stuff ( even if it'sΒ official art ), isn't really a good way to go. not saying you CAN'T draw how you want. but, you CAN still learn things by drawing it yourself. heck, your art does have so muchΒ potential! and you do have your ways to improve. you just have to be patient and not rush things by taking an "easy way out" (aka tracing/editing art and claiming it's your art).
