Chibi America carhop!i got the idea when i saw 's wonderful America cosplay.
i thought that it was very creative and cute and all too fitting so i asked them if i could draw a fanart from it
the only thing is that i gave Al roller-skates
done wit pencil first then gone over with ballpoint pen, red gel pen, and colored pencils
