Articuno is gorgeous. I feel the expression is very fitting for this legendary bird.
For a small critique though, I think the leg on the right-side of the picture is a bit awkward. I think if the portion where feather-turns-to-leg was tweeked a bit to have a little more of an angle, it would look a bit better.
...but seriously, it is gorgeous work ~ <3
