Description
Been doing a lot more streaming while I paint so this is another result of that, took around 10 hours to complete with most of that time spent just sitting back and looking to see what to add.As you might have noticed from my recent artworks I really like clouds and things that glow so this picture ended up happening.
Let me know what you think I'd love to hear your opinion.

To start with, let's just call this piece amazing. :3
This night scene with Fluttershy exudes a mystical feel which is heightened by the wonderful play of light around her landing and the butterfly itself. I really love the sparkly, smokey feel the light has. This, along with the vibrant color and high contrast of the grass just really makes the scene pop.
The texture on the mountains, grass, and clouds are just fantastic. The starscape is also very nicely done. And there's one of the dippers (or ursas) in there unless I'm mistaken. X3
The only nitpicks I have would be that the lens flare-like circles in the sky between the clouds seem unrelated to any light source, the thick black line around her iris seems a tad stark, and she appears to be missing a nostril. Also something bugs me just a teeny bit about the angle of her left hind leg; though that may be perfectly fine with the way she's coming in at an angle.
All in all, though, this is a beautiful piece. Very well done. :3

Fluttershy's mane and tail seems a bit overly dark purple to me, even in a night scene, but it does give a spectacular effect

Yes it does seem a little far to the magenta side doesn't it, probably due to me over thinking the effect of the environment.

Ah ok well I don't actually own SAI it's all done in Photoshop using a mixture of "overlay", "soft light", "and colour layers". I'm not sure if SAI has these layer options but that's how I did it whilst painting it.
