Description
One of nine illustrations commissioned by Ignition Interactive for the Kick Ass comic/movie property which I worked on with `adonihs . I ended up having to do each of these in less than a day back in January, which was a real rush compared to what I normally do, but it was a lot of fun.This one was to sort of illustrate the uselessness of the police force, which leads to superheroes and such. The background street is matte painted. Hope you like it!

THis is really nice. YOu did an amazing job. But I just have one thing I want to bring up. The badge. The cop is wearing an NYPD Detective's badge. An officer's badge is shield shaped like any ordinary badge. (Gold for sergeants). I'd just thought Id bring that up. BUt other than that the picture is awesome.

I like the rendering and lighting a lot! But something looks off in the scaling between the Cop and Car. The Cop seems too small or something.

I actually used a Ford Edge and my brother for reference, and it has a HUGE front window and mirror. You're not the first to mention it, rofl. So although it's technically correct, I agree with you. I had to avoid scaling it down to be able to keep the composition I wanted.
