This was for a school project thing where we could do [almost] whatever we wanted, so I decided to try making a conceptual photograpy/photo-manip series, called Hazes + Hallucinations.

I was interested in how memories can easily become lost and manipluated through time, so I used light painting to represent that blurred nature of them.

I was also interested in hallucinations, and edited the original light painting photos to recreate them.

The images will be presented as 2 audiovisual presentations. [i.e. Powerpoint + Music DODGY I KNOW] One for 'Hazes' and one for 'Hallucinations'.
Both presentations will be accompanied with 2 different edits of Spaceship by Benny Benassi ft. Kelis, Apl.De.Ap and Jean-Baptiste. [link]
One edit will have excessive reverb to further represent the blurry nature of memories, whilst the other will be chopped and screwed [link] and reversed to represent the distortion of what we perceive.
