Great use of negative space in this, it really looks dynamic. His chains are excellent and I like how you've blurred the ones behind him. Composition wise the image is a little unbalanced, with the large masses of cape filling the whole bottom half. Maybe if you'd have shown the gap where left and right meet it might be a little more balanced, I dunno.
Looks great anyway.
