Me in white? Shocking!! But it was for a wonderfully Labyrinth-y cause.This is/was my costume for Otakon 2009. My boyfriend and I were Sarah and Jareth from the glitter-tastic 80's movie Labyrinth, for those of you who don't know. It was magical. We got lots and lots of photos taken of us and met many fangirls.
And I had to pleat 15 feet of fabric for the fucking skirt >:C

Props to you two for dressing up as Jareth and Sarah! I love how your boyfriend has his hair. It's unexpected being short, but it really works. I'm glad he didn't wear a wig. I like your necklaces, very nice accessories. Good job on the dress. Where did you get the corset from? I have a few corsets, but am always looking for new sources.

This is wonderfully done--I really like your interpretation of the characters as well as the designs. And out of curiosity, did he really cut his hair like that? 'Cause I've gotta admit, it's pretty awesome.

Thank you! I am fortunate enough to be dating a huuuuge Labyrinth fan, so we were very determined to make it work.
And yes, that dress was a challenge! I'm still not completely satisfied.
