something different from the Gundam drawings i usually do XDD for those who have only just recently started watching me and only really know my OC Nikki ^^ let me introduce my Harry Potter OC, Rachele Sullivan/Granger (last names have a long story attached) she was born with an pure light magic thats very old and she is basically the most powerful being on the Earth, Voldemort is terrified of her, but although she can easily beat him she leaves that to Harry because of the prophecyAnyway! ^^ this picture gives a small example of how powerful she is, just on hand out, what look from her eyes and she can get a powerful burst of flame shooting up into the sky ;D pretty nice ey? her eyes are like that when shes in her all powerful state, and shes not trying very hard to get that fire going, its about as easy for her as a normal wizard shooting Stupefy at someone XD
As for the Title
Power = the power she has and little effort she used to get this fire going
Light = the light and magic coming from the flame
