This is a rough draft of what I want my character Rita to look, and be like.

She has a jetpack that she took from her corrupt nation's secret base in the mountains close to where she lives secured on her back, -Oh! She also painted a ghost on it!- and a long range rifle to take out large objects from high altitudes.
She's supposed to have a mask to help her breath, but I was dumb and forgot. =_=
