Watched FernGully for the first time in years the other day, and I think I enjoy it more as an adult than I did as a kid, oddly enough - maybe because I appreciate this guy a lot more than I did back then
I am so disappointed that he doesn't have more screentime (and that his character was pretty much ruined for that lukewarm sequel that I'm going to mostly ignore), but I appreciate that he finally gets his girl all to himself by the end of the film...no bonus points for guessing my preferred ship for this film lol
