Hello! Mentor Critique here for you! ^^
I really like the jovial nature of this drawing coupled with the slightly sinister qualities of the girl that it also has (I hope that was intentional haha!) Never the less, I really like it!
It reminds me quite a lot of Tim Burton's style.
But since it has quite an abstract kind of feel about it, I'm finding it difficult to offer any improvement advice.
Her hat could do with a little more shading to give it some depth and make it appear curved. At the moment, it looks very flat and 2D, because it is all the same intensity. You have the depth in the ribbon of the bow, at the base of the hat, so it looks a little strange for it to then extend up looking very flat.
Other than that little tip, My favourite parts are her eyes, her stripy disappearing tights, and the flowers!
