Not really, I haven't thought about it entirely, but I mostly just say he had his entire head (minus muzzle with the nose and mouth) legionized, but I could say he got roboticized in the head as an excuse to put him in other universe (eg. SatAM for example), but that probably would've affected his brain if he was partially roboticized by a head shot... So I'll just say he was legionized.
Either way, It gives me an excuse to nickname him "Scrap-Head"

Probably, but either way, all legionaires or organic Eggman servants are required to wear pants, regardless of gender, Eggman sees all of his servents as equally worthless... at least sexism isn't an issue in the Eggman empire, since everyone has to wear pants or robes.

Suppose everyone having to wear clothes is tons better then the guys dressing however they want yet acting like females are trash unless dressed like humans XD

Yep, if Humans of all genders are forced to wear clothes in public, Mobians should probably do the same thing as well. So bow down and accept Dr.Eggman as your master if you want eqaulity for everyone in your species, you'll all be slaving away in the factories for long hours, while the Badniks will deal with crime fairly and accordingly to Dr.Eggman's rule!
