Sooo I've sketched this and color it for a long time ago... but never have a chance to finish it. Now I think it is time

This is how Simba try to gain other animals trust for Kovu.
After he got exile once, there're still many animals who don't trust in this Outland lion who will be their future king.
So Simba tries to assign him a duty to help others and teach him how to rule and serve this land.

*About Kovu knowledge. Even some dry harsh place can have such a serious flood problem
Which might even more fatal than fertile ground which got trees to slow down the flood during it's season.
Some dryland fatal flood comes and goes very fast, animals have to gain as many benefits from water as possible while also trying to survive from it

and drink some water before it's dry out, but found injured Kion instead.
