btw I named genderswapped Betty "Benny" lol. His hat is slightly different bc Magic Woman (who did exist in canon)'s hat was slightly different.

My motivation behind drawing this is because ONE TIME I saw some random person *reference* that /somebody else/ allegedly said that they thought Betty was a sexist character, bc her whole story is about being obsessed with the Ice King, and my only thoughts on that were "You know I bet way more people would find it sexist if it were genderswapped".
I think people are more predisposed to see women as victims so having Ice *Queen* make a plea for her personhood and for who she is not be chosen for her by a man, it would hit closer to home for more people even though it's literally exactly the same as canon lol
