-upon purchasing, you can change the design/name/etc. in any way you want so long as you credit me for the original.
-you can resell, but not for more than you originally paid except if there is added artwork with it.
-you can use them in any story, RP group, ARPG, etc. you want, but please do not associate my designs/artwork with anything gross. you know what i mean. if you have to ask if it's ok, then it's probably not.
-any similarities to designs by other artists are unintended unless stated otherwise. if you notice anything that looks copied, please let me know! i never ever want to come off as if i'm stealing ideas, so if i accidentally make something a lot like yours, i'd be more than happy to change it.
-i am gay and trans and poly and pretty much everything else so by buying from me you are supporting LGBTQIA+ stuff! if that's not your fancy whatever, don't make it my problem, just don't interact with me.
-i do not offer refunds on adopts. sometimes, if i really liked the adopt, i can buy them back from you (just lmk if you're selling!) but i can't always afford to refund if you change your mind. and if you file a CHARGEBACK to my paypal address you will be blacklisted and blocked/have the character rights revoked. i'm too poor for this shit y'all /not directed at anyone just food for thought
