For me Samus was so empowering to me as a character because for so long my brother and I never knew she was a girl. And Zelda never appeared to me as a damsel in distress. She is smart and clever and is more than capable of protecting herself. This is awesome.

In my overall opinion Samus is the hottest woman there...
.....my reason is that Samus is generally humble of her beauty compared to the other two whom wear dresses all the time to show off how pretty they look. While Samus is modest enough to wear a heavy, very covering suit of space armor that conceals her beauty for 90% of the game and gets by less on her looks as the other two and more on her personailty.
Samus has great beauty but desires for eqaulity and doesn't care if she has to sacrifice her own natural beauty by wearing her power suit to do it. Which I like about her most compared to the other Nintendo women and even other fictional women. Samus to me represents a true idol for what a women should follow which is empowerment, but still humble about their looks and try to have a good personality also to get by in life rather than just using their looks.
Samus understands she is an eqaul to us men but still manages to be beautiful without getting into other people's faces abput like so many bimbos of fiction and even real life in the past. Samus makes her beauty more worthwhile to be around as she using it more sparingly and almost rewardingly to us males and other admirers of the female gender.
Samus has a unique mystique to her that no other female character fictional or real can ever have which is why she sticks out to me as a character that is very sexy but also very powerful

I was surprised that I liked playing with Peach a lot even though the annoying thing remains that even though she obviously can kick Bowser's and anyone else's butts, she still allows them to kidnap her...

This is amazing. I love playing as these characters when I play brawl. I kicked a bunch of guy's butts as Zelda a few times. It was awesome because they didn't expect a girl to be able to play that game well for some reason. lol.
