Quirk - Healing Halos

Lori has ten halos which he can give or throw to other people, once they have a halo on there head or somewhere like around their arm they will begin to heal slowly (like regeneration) as well as providing pain suppression, increased stamina and helps the user focus with a clear mind. The amount of halos on one person increases the power of the effect, so while Lori has all ten halos on himself by default he is very durable, for example if you had a small cut with them on it was almost immediately heal and he would barely feel the pain.

Once Lori throws a halo to someone, if it fly's over their head it will stop above them at which point the user can grab it and place it somewhere else on their body such as their leg.
The halos are not physical to anyone other than Lori who only makes them physical to throw them, he has some control to make them fly through the air however it is very slow so he often throws them to make it quicker. This lets him quickly make them phase through his body so he can just pull one through his arm to quickly throw them.
