Holy heck bro this is stunning!!!   
Okay on a serious note though-- this honestly belongs in a manga or comic of some sort, the quality and professionalism of it is that great!! The perspective of the sidewalk looks so natural and not forced at all, a perfect balance!
And the way you positioned and added the leaf and foliage clusters are so realistic yet just the right amount to not "crowd" the overall piece or anything!

and such a cute character as well, you made her look so peaceful and the shading is glorious!!
