Rai from Lamento..freeart forohh.. i'm slacking off.. so very sorry XD;;; i'm happy that i could draw this kitty-hunk.. XD i'm clueless bout his personality or his background/story though.. could anyone tell me something about him?
and.. sorry if you find out that his body is.. weird.. i couldnt make it somehow looks better T_T

Oh! I found a figurine of this character in a comic store today! I was all like "Wow! I know that from that deviant art thingy!!!" and then every one around me kinda gave me skew looks as they were like "It's Rai, duh."

Ooh, Rai! I actually have some of the some of the Lamento translated scans in my computer. 8)
He's sort of a grumpy/angry guy and a bit curious. And in the scan I have, he's sensitive to cold. I think he has a crush on the cat-boy too...Eh. That's pretty much all I know. xD
And all I see wrong with the picture if the length of his upper body. It's just a little too long. Otherwise, you've done a good job~ ;D

Since you asked: Rai is the stoic swordsman in the game. He is very sarcastic and mean (always calls Konoe a "stupid cat"). He doesn't like hot foods, especially hot soups. Occassionally, he is taken over by "madness" and goes berserk. But he opens up later on in the game. :3

There is something off with his chest. I think it is too long? And the legs feel rushed, however, its still a very good piece. I was especially attracted to his face ; the expression is wonderful .
I've been wondering about him myself. The design of Lamento is simply breathtaking. since I probably never will play the game, I was hoping for a manga might be released based on this game. Oh well, time will tell.

I don't think his body look weird! It is a wonderful drawning! The shadows and all colours are just beautiful. I like his hair and the way he look is so great! Like he's angry but he just don't want to hurt you..
