just visiting an old character i created when i was in high school. Man, i neglect my own characters so much hahahaha
"orz.
Done a few months ago; wanted to practice perspective and, well, i don't draw enough guys xD;;
this is the last one i'm doing in this style xD;~
I didn't really sketch with this one, i just went for it xD;~ Took about 3 hours in total? i think? xD; All done in photoshop, because my school computers didn't have SAI D;

are you going to do a tutorial on how you made that effect? like with the dots and textures inside the person? I would love to know how you did that :3 .

i probably won't have a tutorial for that, since it's pretty easy. I'll just tell you here xD
The texture was pretty simple, since I think i had it on multiply or darken, and it naturally avoided white. I got the dot pattern to stay inside the colour part by using a clipping mask on top of the original layer (so i had the original layer that was just the colour of the background, no white part or anything else, and then i put a layer over that, put the texture on, and clipped that layer onto the layer below in photoshop. ). You can get to clipping on photoshop by right clicking the layer (that you want to clip onto the one below), and there should be an option that says "clipping mask".

hahaha yah, it's pretty different from my other stuff @__@;~ but i wanted to take a break from my film at that time, and i was literally rendering all my frames (because i render-shaded, not cell shaded D; ...so...much...work "orz), so i was like "no. i'm gonna do something not-rendered D:" xD;;. and thanks

That's understandable, some people in the US are actually freaked out by guns as well and keep trying to ban them. Nice thing is, in some areas, like mine, your shooting range is your backyard

oh man, that sounds super fun v.v~~ lol i'm one of those people who, every time i go to an arcade, i go for the shooting game...>.>;;....<.<;;...i'm not a gun nut, i swear! lol i just like drawing them and playing with them xD;;.
But i do wish the access to guns were more restricted though @__@;; it seems like anyone can get their hands on one D;...i might sound like a hypocrite on that one though xD;;.

It's not actually as easy as people think (my dad's done rants on this as well) but there is a lot of paper work that needs to be done and background checks... Although there are those who get them other ways >.<
