hmm I think the idea of background with gradient is not good, flat color would work better and with this middle-deep blue of these you have here : ) and then you could work a bit more over her hair, to add more depth into picture and you will have great artwork!!
also I can recommend you to work a bit more over lineart thing, most of your lines are very similar to othersΒ

What a cutie! I really like the highlights in her hair and the fold work. I agree with a previous comment that the features on the hoodie look a bit out of place, especially with how low the eyes are in relation to the nose and mouth. I think the color scheme works very well for this piece.
