Ahh I didn't make them! I bought them online :3 (this guy is a friend's, though XD)
You can customise them, like buying their clothes, their wigs, eyes, doing their faceups (they're originally blank, like this: [link] ) and stuff like that.

I've been admiring this sculpt for quite a while and was disappointed there aren't many pics of them over in DoA or DA. But I think this pic pretty much cemented my decision of getting my own Eliot in the future *is hopeful*.
