Now for seriousness. I'd recommend putting a bit more contrast between Optimus's pupils and the blue of his eyes (probably darken it). It took me a second to see that he had pupils.
And Optimus' and the girl's mouths look strange when compared to the rest of the image. The mouths' linearts seem more final when everything else is more sketchy. I'm not sure if that was something that just happened or if it was intentional, but try to keep a consistency with all your lines.
Overall the colors are pretty good and work well with the picture, but the sleeves of the girl's shirt should be as dark as the rest of the shirt. Additionally there are some areas where there is white showing through the colors which is a common mistake that everyone makes, but I think your picture will definitely benefit with a quick and close look over for any of those little errors that make the difference between a very good picture and a great picture.
