Just showing off my Toph costume, don't worry, the comic WILL CONTINUE.Yeah, not everything's correct, but it's homemade (with the help of a friend), so give me some credit. I have the ankle things too, you just can't see them
Also, my red hairs will not be sticking out of the wig like that. I will have a hairnet by then... XD
Oh, if you're going to Akon 18 in Dallas this year, be sure to look for me!
You know, I look kinda ugly in costume... >.>

Hmm....how did you guys make the belt. I had made mine last minute, and I'm now trying to fix it up a bit.

I found a belt in Wal Mart actually, then just glued some studs on it. Wish I'd used a tougher glue, though, they kept falling off...

My friend and I are trying to get an avatar group together and my friend wants to be Toph but we're having trouble on the wig.Any advice?

Sure. The way I did it was I bought a shoulder-length wig (dyed it black myself, it turned out kinda nasty but it worked,) and then used bobby pins to curl the hair of the wig underneath itself and attach to my own hair.
I hope that explains it... xD;

I did ask everyone if I should color brown magic marker on my feet, and they were all like, "NO!" XD I did walk around barefoot that whole con though, so I think it worked itself out naturally... >3

I can't. I was going to, but I really am close to being legally blind, and my eyedoctor says color contacts don't come in my resolution.

Contacts and glasses are all different because everyone's eyesight is different, and some people's eyesight are A LOT worse than normal, say, nearsighted or farsightedness, such as when you have acute astignatism, which is what I have. My eyesight is almost qualified as legally blind because I always see double. Contacts and glasses will work, but they have 'resolution' settings, and mine is a very high resolution, which means I have to special order my contacts, and there are only 2 brands of contacts that have a high enough resolution, and neither of those carry color contacts.
...Sorry for the long explanation, I had no idea how to explain it any other way :3
