Celestia actually translates to "star" in spanish. I guess "sol" wasn't pretty enough.

Celestia is gorgeous! Her body looks so soft and very well defined, with plenty of depth with the brilliant light and impressive shading. The same goes for the detail on her crown/livery with the metal shining beautifully and the sharper edges setting a nice contrast to her, then even more so her aura mane and tail. Her face really stands out as she looks back with a satisfied smile. I get the impression that she's proud of some ponies who just solved a problem or did something wonderful.
