you seem to have captured a perfect shot of this area, i know it wasnt planed, but i love how the road is lit up pretty brightly and the surrounding buildings, sky and streets are darker. Almost dead center, a cars headlights are the brightest thing on the page. It looks like the opening scene from a movie!
