lol! He doesn't really LOOK like an 18-year old does he?
Anyway, after drawing a 16-old Pucca , I decided to draw an 18-year old Garu, due to him being 2 years older than Pucca, and moar boredum. -o-
This didn't come out NEARLY as well as my Pucca Drawing, but it's okay I guess...
He hasn't changed as much as Pucca.

I agree he doesn't look like he's changed much. Maybe that's why he's frowning. Still, it's a nice drawing. You also drew Pucca well btw.
