I saw this pose in a mag a loong time ago and I though it was so cute I remembered it and drew something similar here (...I don't have the mag so I cant really say how much of a likeness it is) the signature sais "2004" because the lineart was done in sept-dec last year but I painted it with watercolour just yesterday.and I simply must say is really looks ugly scanned :/ I wish strucutured paper could look at least a little bit better than this....*sigh* I will try and take a photo of it later and maybe replace this...because it really looks so much better IRL

love the pose and obviously the watercolor work- this peicwe shows a bit of your confidence with the medium in the sense that you stopped at a good place (not overdone). i've been finding the same problem with scanning work and photo'n work - it loses something between the original and the internet. But anyways i really like the peice. the pose pushes the wonderful chest and cute tummy right into your face. diggin it!

I think this looks simply beautiful, but I seriously feel your pain. Scanning takes the life out of pieces that look amazing in real life. ; ;

While the texture on the paper is noticeable, I think it looks kind of nice, rather than detracting from the picture. Of course I have not seen the original, but I like the scan ^_^

That looks nice! Sometimes scanned aquarell things doesnt look good but this is very nice
