The original title I gave this years back was 'Where do the Souls of Dead Children Go?'. But, that wouldn't fit here
Anyway, she's Alice from the PC game American Mcgee's Alice and once again I'm sharing some of my old artwork.Man, I still shake my head at how skinny I made her arms. In defense, the original concepts also gave her anorexic arms.

mmm so warm...makes me feel..happy..Alice eh? My bro loved that game. Her arms arn't bad girls mostly have skinny arms (well not the huge fat ones). The lighting and coloring goes great with it. Got any more old rock'en art??

She's supposed to be a young girl, and a slender one at that, so I don't think the arms are wrong. This is excellent.
