The Post-Apocalyptic Sound Emitting Tool.Fans of Fallout and Doctor who will love this, considering it was inspired by both.
I made a mold and cast of my Sonic Screwdriver V2 and gave it this post apocalyptic paint job.
It's all Resin (quite light) and does not light up or have any moving parts.

I imagine that if a Time Lord crash-landed in the Fallout universe and hd to cobble together a sonic out of spare parts, they'd probably come up with something more or less like this.
