Kotone with a dopey face; title is the absolute only thing I could think of looking at her expression.
I had vectored both twins [link]
but the result was a wall without a central focus so I decided against it
Instead I used Akari for a sequel which you can view here

I had also vectored Nyamses and used tons of patterns and brushes for the background, but again it looked way too cluttered.
Ended up with an ultra simple BG.
