Insomnia quickie, after hearing [link] this rendition of Death Cab for Cutie's "I Will Follow You Into the Dark" (skip to 2:00) and tearing up a lot. It's late and I can't sleep, I'm emotional.

Vin and Elend, at the end of the Mistborn Trilogy (probably my favorite new discovery within the last year). I've been meaning to do some fanart for the series anyway -- it's a fantastically visual series, with some great moments that I definitely saw full-force in my mind while reading.

Those bits where the hair is dark? Found myself starting to color them in and had to force myself to stop, because that way only madness lies. At least, it lies that way when I already have too many other WIPs to finish up to add another quickie-that-spiraled-out-of-control.
