ill just skip to the eye and hair part:
first, they live in a world where the plaint has 5 intelligent speciesΒ
lucy is a mix of a vampire-ish(father) and a dryaid-ish(mother)
and nero is like a demon-oid(can take on a demon form)
when he wanted to become stronger, he had to fight his inner demon
if he won, he becomes stronger
if he lost, he would die
if he lost and put up a good fight, he would get stronger, but he would have to offer something
so he gave his eye(he got the third)
and when a demon-oid defeats his inner demon, his hair turns all black. signifying Β he defeated his demon

(idk about that xD i dont think im good enough to make one, and if i did it would be really long)
well here it is:
when Nero was a kid, he and 5 other friends were a group of friends and all lived by them selves and they had a friend who was older, and they really liked her(like a mother/sister) but 10 years latter she died. nero lost it because she was everything to her (during this time, there is a war between the people who want to make a new world order{bad}, and the rebels{good}) Nero decides to join the new world order because he's lost and two other of his friends join him. he gains racks and become the leaders favorite(but before that he was told to feed one of the captives, which pissed him off, because he was high rank)Β
when he first came, he drooped the food. then a voice says "thank you" then her turns back, and says theres nothing to be thankful for. i dropped it like it was garbage . the the person reply's
you didn't throw the food in my face, like imΒ garbage. this remark caught him offΒ guard.
the next day he places ot on the floor, and askes for a name the person didn't reply. but her caught a glimpse and saw it was a little girl(he's timed, so he cant stay long)
the next time, he brings her a little pie. and she gets very excited. and after a while they bond(did you see the pic of her in a dress)
he snuck that in for her, but was told not to wear it a lot(over time, he himself begins to smile)
latter, he grew tied of being there, and she(lucy) asked him how the outside world looks like. so he and his two friends bust out.
(the vampire-ish people can change there outer appearance so thats why she see looks older)
(demon-oids stop ageing when ever they want, so thats why he looks the same)

the head band was for fun!
but now that you say that, i could make it part of his old uniform, when he was on the other side!
on and the hair. (i have a guide to all of this, but my phone died so i can't upload it right know)
all demon-oids have the majority of there hair back, with a different color with it
all of them do, and i told why his hair is all black
and no its not back to white. its still light blue!
