Oh my god, it's been forever since I've drawn a picture of Forte! I'm so sorry Forte.
He was the first character I ever fangirled over, before Vegeta, Shadow the Hedgehog, Brago, etc....This picture started out with a very calm Forte sketch. I was reading the classic Rockman manga, and Forte got crazier and crazier as the fight with Rockman progressed, and the music playing from my phone got heavier and angrier along with it. Next thing I know, I start changing my sketch with the music and manga, and I end up with a more psycho picture than what I started with, lol.

OH WHOA! That is amazing! His expression is fantastic and I love all the grey. It really highlights that shiny glow in his eyes and ear piece. *A* Its like...just right~!
