I recently rewatched The Yellow Submarine. Lord, I'd forgotten how very ace that film is!That said, these are supposed to be the Beatles as they appear all animated-like, not the real boys. And of course, there is a bit of the usual Falastyle thrown in. No escaping it, really . . . I just figured since they always look so good photographed in black and white, I'd try the look out on their cartoonified selves. Maybe I'll try some blue meanies nex, given my complete and utter complex for blue characters

The Beatles belong to themselves, and their cartoon selves belong to them too, along with other people who are decidedly more ace than I.

One word - WOW!!! I love the Beatles, and what I like most about this is that you were able to draw them in your own style without making them unrecognizable. I knew who these four were the moment I saw this. It's a great picture, and I love the lak and white contrasting the color. Fun expressions, too.

Wow! It's very rare that I come across art related to this film that pleases me so much; this is a brilliant interpretation! The use of color is just as marvelous as the unique characteristics you've given them. I look forward to the possibility of Blue Meanies!
