I find it really interesting the way perspective plays a role in this image. The focal point is definitely the contrasty ground, which brings out the footprint, and moves my eye forward. That's definitely a driving force in this image; optical motion. The viewer can truly traverse across this image, and it's one of those sensations that really helps me immerse into the environment.
