Compared to a lot of the other oc's people have created, this is a really good oc. No clashing colours and they all work. I love the way you made her eyes really stand out and the hat is a good idea too.
The hair is in a good style, it shares no unoriginal qualities though I feel the tail is huge compared to the mane.
The cutie mark/special talent is a lot more original then your run of the mill mark, such as music or a lightning bolt.
Over all this is an amazing oc and I can't wait for her to be developed <3
