Description Taken in 2008
My cat Midnight.

Probably the only time she's ever held that still for me.
And probably the only really good close up shot I'll get of her eye. I sort of lured her in with the photography light. It was warm and so naturally she wanted to lay in front of it. I think I took this with my macro lens, but I can't remember.

I could wish and dream of gettin a similar shot of my dogs eye but she looks away anytime anything that resembles a camera is pointed at her, lol.. or she looks for the imaginary laser pointer to come out of it .. she's an odd one, lol

My cat usually knows when the camera is around and she moves too right as I'm taking a shot.
This was just lucky. I've never been able to get another good closeup of her eye. This is the only one.

hehe, some animals have a 6th sense for the camera shutter... 'n some are camera hams and others move at the precisely wrong time! lol

At least *this* is the one photo you got of her eye! It's well worth the rarity of shots of her
