Lilligant is my favorite pokemon and thanks to =Ellyst i now have a shiny one :'DThis turned out really good... My process was totally different and it worked out better than I thought it would. only thing is the pose is a little wonky...
*EDIT* I fixed the pose it was driving me nuts.

i love lilligant *-* not only my fav pokemon design but she helped me bs my way through b/w and b2/w2 with sleep powder/dream eater and her ability to use petal dance without getting confused
