for sure he seemed very sad..I tried to speak to him but he was `forgot the name in English`someone who cannot speak..he seemed to understand me but I couldnΒ΄t get anything from him..I just gave him some coins...and he disapeared...

In French dumb is `muet`and deaf is `sourd`...
