I'm currently listening to the audiobooks myself, so I know what you mean.  Is that Alvin?  I really like this take!  The books call him "good-looking" (at least at first), but I kind of forgot about that detail.

Oh my god, your characters... your Camicazi...your Hiccup... your Alvin... This is fantasticccc! You drew them so well and their expressions are perfect and their designs are wonderful...!

This is exactly how I pictured them. I hadn't realized it at the time but looking at this now... Yep, this was definitely what they were meant to look like.

I listened to the first four audio books. Then I bought the rest. So good.
